Fixed issue that was removing the items from the Torturer's Satchel, they will now definitely appear. Also, they now appear in the Riverwood trader though their price seems random. anything I change with the value of the items has no effect.

The Two Rings and Amulet can be found in the Riverwood Trader for sale from the merchant there, ( at a random price generated by the game) and also loot-able from the Torturer's satchel in the torture room of Helgen Keep.
This mod will modify the base sneak attribute providing 99999% fortification, help make your companion, less of a screw up when sneaking and pickpocketing to 99.9999% (even the greatest thief screws up sometimes) removing the 90% cap. The interface will say 100% though.
As far as I am aware this mod is compatible with all mods and DLC for Skyrim as it only uses base game objects.

BIG CREDIT TO glock9mm for the Unlimited amulets and rings mod that I used to allow my items to be worn with other rings and amulets.
UNINSTALL Instructions: delete file "silver ring of shadows.esp" or "shaggy125 cheat ring and amulet.esp" from the Data folder of your Skyrim Special edition Directory.
