If you like having a power that stops time, but doesn't want to be stupidly OP, then this mod is for you!

This is a simple mod that adds a single spell to the game.
Freeze Time
There's a lot of stop time mod already, but this is my own take on it to try to keep it somewhat balance and fun to use without feeling very overpowered.
I did this by making the power toggleable and giving the player some drawbacks each them they use the power.
Drawbacks:
♣ By default, the player will lose 10 points of Health and Magicka per second while the time is frozen.
♠ Each time the player uses the power, they also get a debuff that lowers the player's health and magicka by 25 points.
♥ The debuff will last for 90 seconds(1min 30s), and it stacks. Using the power multiple times in a row, in a short amount of time can be deadly.
♦ The damage scales on your stats, the higher CURRENT health/magicka/stamina you have, the higher damage you will receive.
Time Stones:
♠ There's 2 new items added. Time Stone and Time Fragment.
♣ Using a Time Stone will empower your time stopping ability, allowing you to use the power without any drawbacks. The effect lasts for 3 minutes.
♥ Time Fragment does the same, but the effect lasts only for 1 minute.
♦ You can craft them at a cooking pot.
Where to find:
◘ You can find the spell at the Deepwood Vale. At the end of the dungeon, there should be a ritual table, with a dead npc. Right beside it is a satchel that contains the spell tome.
Configuration:
☻When using the power for the first time, you should receive another power that allows you to change some settings.
◘ You can toggle the Ghost FX, Sound FX and Visual FX if you want to enable/disable them.
◘ You can also Toggle if you want penalties for Health, Magicka or Stamina.
◘ By default, health and magicka penalties are enabled. This way, you can decide if you want the power to cost health, magicka or stamina, or all of them(or none of them, making you OP). Up to you.
Recommended Mod:
Lesser Power Cooldown - To remove the 3 second cooldown when using powers.
