"Requires new game" Like most mods, you are incredibly dense. If you install mods mid-save, and then run into issues, then you are the first kind of people to report it as a "bug".
Hi, I am a lazy author who hasn't written a reply in several years. Regarding your question, I can't give you a good answer because I already don't remember what the requirements were that could be converted to "ESL", etc., so I can't say anything good about it, so I will refrain from answering.
It's a good mod but sadly it conflicts and overwrites most of the CC Staff that was released when the AE of this game came out. But a simple easy to do patch can fix that problem.
there is a pretty hefty exploit in connection to the items.
the staves and wands are dirt cheap. like they cost 2 firewood and 2 leather strips to make, but even the unenchanted ones come with a base value of 500 gold.
