Hello everyone. I installed this shader (basically extracting the 7z on the enbseries folder as per the instruction) but for some reason the beautiful sunsprite and godrays aren't showing on my game. I was wondering if I should just copy and paste the enbeffectsprepass.fx and the Include folder directly to the enbseries folder?
Also, for those who managed to get the godrays and sunsprite working, what are your gui settings? I've been trying to get the godrays and sunsprite to work for days and I can't seem to even get it to show up.
the bloom seems really weak with the default settings but i think its a more subtle looking effect and imo one of the better looking bloom shaders , hope to see more work on this also is there a way to disable the skin shader
So, the new skin shaders are fantastic, removed a lot of the plastickyness of the skin that I thought was unavoidable in skyrim until I tried this new version out.
Also works particularly well for me, because I've got direct lighting turned up fairly high on bright days, and the update lets me turn down how bright skin gets without making distant trees much darker.
i'm using a homemade edited version of re-engaged ENB by firemanaf. Out of curiousity, how exactly did you install it? Does your version of rudy already have a prepass?
I'd make a backup of your existing prepass shader (.fx file) and the .ini file that comes with it, and then just put the enbeffectprepass.fx file in the enbseries folder per the instructions. It should generate its own ini configurator file on its own once the game is loaded up I think.
Rudy SE does come with its own prepass by default. I replaced it but did not think about the ini, maybe it's causing my issues if it's leftover from the old prepass.
What happens is that I can see all the options in the prepass options in the ENB GUI but whatever changes I do don't apply at all. Thanks for the help I'll try that out!
seriously underrated mod! one of my biggest gripes with SE was how the shaders and godrays looked inferior to oldrim and this mod looks spectacular and brings back the gorgeous LE godrays. thank you!
I copied ENB binaries to the game folder as usual (no preset, just plain enb), copied your files into the enbseries folder as you say. When I launch the game, enb works, but all your shaders are visible even though PrePass is disabled, and all the effects in the shader window are disabled as well. Nothing happens when I enable them and nothing happens when I try to edit them. What did I do wrong? Clean install, no mods, just enb

Is the new bloom the same as your experimental bloom on your discord?
edit: I can confirm it's new 5.1 vs 5.0 though it is much different from his version on discord and will require re-configuration.
