There is no ini tweak with that name. I think a nexusmods server bug removed the original text. The real name of the second tweak can be found in the download file. EDIT: This bug is present on other mods and comments. I will wait until it is fixed to see what the correct solution is. EDIT2: They fixed the bug. My description has the correct names now.
I tried this, and it didn't work. BUT that's because it was something else. I'm going to share my fix here, because others like me will likely come here looking for help.
Bug: Going through a load door, the screen stays black for a full 3 seconds, and though I cannot move, I can hear everything going on inside. If enemies follow me through the door, or there are enemies near the load door, I'll get creamed.
Fix? Process of elimination points to "Dense Nordic Forests". Could be a compatibility issue, but can't be arsed to find out. Working load doors are more important than eye candy. Sayonara trees. I still have "Alpine Forest of Whiterun Valley" running with DynDoLOD, and the game is fine now.
If you have installed my mod and it does not remove the fade to black, the answer is no. Try opening the plugin in SSEEdit and looking for timer settings or settings related to the fade of your specific mod.
I no longer have fade to black on entering a door, but now I instead have a really long (30+ seconds) frozen screen where I see the room, hear NPCs, but it's frozen and I can't move. Really annoying! Anyone else with this issue?
Besides increasing the time, is there also a mod, or a way, to have load screens displayed, instead of just looking at black, when going through, doors, gates, etc...?

I changed it to false, now I see load screens from the game, most of the time only the game level in the upper right...
I think you should remove/tweak the Option 1 (Manual) to prevent people from copy pasting the wrong code - I for example don't always read the Posts tab, and I was gonna use the Option 1

EDIT: It's because the door-related ones go under [General], not [Interface]. I should have read that first, my bad.

delete the wrong line (fMinSecjavascript-event-stripped=0.0001) and correct it.
Correct Line: fMinSecondsForLoadFadeIn=0.0001
