New Amulet of Talos: Amulet of Super Talos. Time between shouts is reduced 98%.
Installation:
Install using NMM or copy ESP to your data directory and activate. No priority requirements.
Use console to add item to your inventory:
player.additem 0x000D65 1
You have to replace the 0x part with the load order number of the mod. Check your plugins tab in NMM for this mod then use the load order number instead of 0x. For example: on my setup the load order is 0F so the command to add the amulet is player.additem 0F000D65 1.
