MAJOR UPDATE brings us to VERSION 1.06

You like DARKER NIGHTS?  Maybe you love CLIMATES OF TAMRIEL'S NIGHT LEVEL 3?

Great!  Make CLARALUX LIGHTS brighter in-game!

SCYTHE42 joins me on the 'team' and adds his incredible coding mojo.

Major improvements to the scripts and functionality.

Dramatic increase in stability for lower-end computers (or users with far too many mods already).

Change the LIGHT LEVELS of all EXTERIOR LIGHTS in-game to suit your tastes.  Completely compatible with all WEATHER MODS.

Adds organic VARIANCE for LIGHTS and GLOWS.  No more "same size, same brightness lights".  Also optional and user-configurable.

Adds 1000s of new LIGHTS and FIXTURES - all optional and user-configurable.

We've also added optional DRAGONBORN and DAWNGUARD fixtures for your enjoyment.

The CLARALUX TESTING FACILITY now allows you to make all your real-time/in-game adjustments SAFELY and immediately.  No more walking in and out.

    Much more INFO here

    UPDATE PROCESS :

If you have a previous v.9x version installed in your game, please GO HERE and READ IT. Updating is simple, but it'd be best if we remove all the old instances first

    Thanks all!

I mean, would battle simply be impossible with Wildcat and higher difficulty? I once had to reload a couple times just facing 3 skeletons running at me. Imagine an army lol

Really like this mod but had to uninstall it because near Whiterun NPCs keeps floating constantly killing important NPCs like the Stable master causing me not being able to buy the horse. The problem is the game engine not being able to support many NPCs. I have few mods to add more NPCs like traveling merchants/guards etc but the amount of this mod adds ruins Whiterun area. Other areas are just fine. What makes my case worse is open cities meaning even more in that area than normally.

    Endorsed.

Is there a fix for the floating npc bug or a way to allow more mods with NPC scripts?

No there's not in a traditional way. The game engine can not support too many NPCs in a certain radius from you. This causes them to float. I had the same problem. I have 5ish mods to increase the amount of NPCs in the game and had massive problem with the floating NPCs. I decided to uninstall this mod and one another to lower the amount of NPCs. I think you could keep this mod + few others but as soon as the NPCs starts to float remove one more mod till they stop.

Hope next Elder Scrolls has better engine :/

Hey so I love your mods man, but I've been having performance issues and have been trying to see what I could uninstall in my save to help my rig run it better. I know there are instructions to uninstall, but I've been looking high and low for ANY list of the armors, weapons and items generally in the mod to make sure i dispose of them before I uninstall it and Assault Attack. Do you know where I could find this list?

    1. Is this compatible with Open Civil War SSE from Simtam ( https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/11076 ) ?
And if yes, does it ever makes sense to have this mods together (and eventually WARZONES - Assault Attack for SSE ?
I havent installed any civil war related mods so far in my current playthrough (except point 2.) but i d like to, now, pic my side in the war, and get in a challenging civil war quest line doing it with followers for RP fun, and in legendary difficulty etc. Thought i could found something challenging here ;p... How both (or the 3) mods will work together ?

    2. I have installed Immersive patrols from the start of my playthrough. Works fine. Compatible with this ? not needed anymore (then) ? Could conflict ? Any tips on that appreciated...

    3. I ve read some of the documentation on the dedicated site page, about the mod's configuration possibilities, but i also read here and there that some MCM features are missing on the SSE version ?
To put it shortly : i d like to have this mod run with preferably only/mostly Stormcloacks vs Imperials battles.
No skeletons or crazy off subject bandits or whatever else that is off topic from the civil war (sorry but yes... it should be a separate ("massive battles of any kind" mod but not included in a civil war mod, could be cool too, but it shouldnt mix with the civil war aspect. I dont say one or two giants siding with Stormcloacks doesnt make sense for a little Game of Thrones taste, but even that is questionable, sorry for digression )
Is SSE version of this mod configurable to that point ?

Thanks in advance for any help on one of the questions, if not all, here.

From what I can tell (based upon the Nexus forums) the follow mods all seem compatible:

      Civil War Aftermath SE
      Warzones 2015.2 SSE
      Open Civil War SSE
      Immersive Patrols SE

One word of caution: Areas of large conflict with many actors on screen. Suggestions seem to be to approach those areas more slowly vs at a dead run as it will allow the game engine more time to load everything. Otherwise you may find a greater risk of more CTD's and other glitches.

I would be cautious with using these together with large scale weather overhauls and mods like Wet and Cold which check every actor for their reactions to the weather, etc. Those types of mods (script heavy) generate a lot of additional calculations in the back ground and the combination could lead to more CTD. Also spells and other effects which are aoe, such as explosions, create a spike in calculations as the engine tries to keep up with all the damage, objects flying around, injury decals, etc.

Thanks for that answer i found so late after you posted it (i gave up on looking for answers at some point).

Very usefull info here, but more about... Wet and Cold (which i use too) and the impact on performance. (Cause yeah, i use weather mods, ENB in ultra + ELFX). I can keep a decent FPS, except in a few situation which i dont explain fully (not sure its from the weather calculation or the light one, might be Wet and Cold one now then so...)

About Civil war (or war) mods i ve been unlucky since my posts, and had to revert back fully to backup saves prior to their installation (currently the only mods in my playthrough who gave me no choice on that extreme solution) :
      * Open civil War SSE : i gave up since every other Quest triggers were glitchy despite my precaution and all the reading stuff in the mod... > uninstalled (happily...).
      * The second great war SSE : potential great/awsome mod i was dreaming of. too glitchy for me tho, about battles glitches also. > uninstalled, sadly. Looking forward a more stable/working version some day ^^

Seems i m doomed with War related mods, besides Immersive Patrols which always worked well, i m stick to the lame (never ended fully even if you win) , Civil war quest line that Bethesda bring to us *sighs*.

Are there any requirements prior to download this mod like in Oldrim ie ENBoost, modifying SKSE.ini, etc?

Nope. Just know your setup's limitations when it comes to fiddling with the spawn counter.

Is Warzones:AA and CU compatible with diverse Skyrim. That mod just adds new races to the vanilla leveled list.

    McM Menu PLEAAAASE !!!

this mod really needs easy access for options thru MCM like othe mods that add massive NCPs to the game !
because - take in mind that we usung more mods that add a lot of NCP's - like :
OBIS , Populated Skyrim HELL EDITION , Immersive Patrols SE , Etc ...
will be fun to have all options for mods at the same place that we have easy access and config.
it will be fun and make life easy for us if we had McM Menu .. hope you still active and add it for us one day (soon)
cheers .. love this mod and a most have ...!!! keep up
p.s i waited to check this out with my new PC :( (miyahoo crying sweet kitten ... pls help )
