This is one of the better renovations to the Riverwood inn; the changes were small but made a big difference in the atmosphere. I'm eager to see what you do with the other inns and stores in Skyrim. That being said, the inn is still missing a couple things inns should have - a cooking pot, an oven, and a place to bathe (even if it's just a wash basin, a soap bar, and cloth in the rented rooms). Maybe consider adding those when you get a chance?

Also, since you said you were working on Whiterun, for the love of Talos, can you please do something with the Drunken Huntsman? All of the other interior renovation mods overlook it, and the ones that are available are ugly or buggy.

I'll see what I can do about your suggestions. I've only finished Warmaiden's so far and currently working on Arcadia's Cauldron. I already had some cool ideas for The Drunken Huntsman. Thanks for your feedback, glad you liked. The purpose of this mod is making interiors more unique without adding too many objects or completely change it to the point you don't reconize it anymore.

One thing you should keep in mind: don't delete objects, as those can crash the game if something references them.
And there are quite a few deleted objects in your current version, which is easily fixed with xedit.

[Undeleting and Disabling References done] Processed Records: 223, Undeleted Records: 47, Elapsed Time: 00:00

But apart from that, I certainly wouldn't mind more options to choose from when it comes to interior overhauls :D

Thanks for the heads up. Cleaned with TES5Edit and an update is available. Apart from that, was everything working correctly?

Judging from a quick glance, it would appear so. I'm not a fan of this cabinet standing in the middle of the room, though. The one next to the entrance. Seems like an odd sort of divider connecting to a more empty part of the store.

This is to indicate where the Shop ends and Home begins.

DokQZ is right. As a merchant, he needs to display his stuff and it makes sense this is the first thing you see when entering the store. After the shelf there is just a stair, some firewood and home related clutter, so I did not consider that as part of the store.

By the way, I liked it a lot! Not too many things, not too few, so that the Riverwood Trader can still be considered as a shop - Perfect balance!

Actually, I was making some improvements and added a few objects behind the cabinet. Just home related stuff since I still consider part of the home and not the store. Very simple add-ons, because it's a really small space after all, but I have to say it look way better now. Also added some stuff under Lucan's stand. I'll uploaded as soon as I finish Sleeping Giant Inn.

No problem but when there is a thief in the store normally he goes upstairs but now he's walking into the cabinet again and again.

I like the idea of this mod, and it looks good overall, but I have a few notes. There's a lot of clutter in front of lucan, and that's the area where he does business with the customer. Like the cages, with one pushed out from the counter on the floor. Also, I know in vanilla there are some random coins here and there, like on the counter, but theres a point where the shop owner would probably consolidate and hide that sort of thing. I like the shelf hiding the stairs, but you may want to check that it's properly navmeshed in there to make sure npcs don't get caught on it. Once you finish with all your interior reworks, I'll download them for sure, as your attention to detail has had a good effect on this place. I'm sure your future works will look great too.

I was not aware of this problem until today, when I noticed one of the kids getting caught on it. I will look into that as soon as possible. Please be patient, I'm new to creating mods and this is my first mod that doesn't add followers. I'll probably have an update tomorrow. Thanks for the feedback.

I'd do the all interiors that are frequently visited by NPC or the player and by that I mean inns, taverns, shops, jarl's longhouses and maybe temples.

Nice, I'd love to see this extend to other stores not touched by Radioactive or Distinct Interiors. Could this be made compatible with Off The Shelf?(https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/20965)

I will extend it. I'm currently working on Sleeping Giant Inn and will certainly expand it to other cities and villages. I'm not familiar with making patches, but I'll look into that. Though, anyone more skilled than me can make one with they want to. I'd love to see it working with Off The Shelf, it's a great mod.

This could be one of the best mods in history...if you can get it to work with ELFX

I probably won’t make a patch right now, but anyone is free to do so. I was told it works, with exception of new candles not having extra smoke effect added by ELFX, but at least there’s no flickering light .

I'm not sure, but if it doens't, anyone is free to make a patch. I uploaded a new version, cleaned with TES5Edit, but I need to wait for the files to be scanned. You may want to wait for it.

So far everything seams to work, there is no light flickering or anything. The only thing is that the added candle do not have the extra smoke effect added to them.
