Windhelm, the "True Nord" capital of Skyrim, deserves to have guards that are dressing properly for the snowy cold that's persistent in the city.

Windhelm guards now all have sleeves. Additionally, some male guards will sport a dark grey wolf pelt as a cape (I had an issue exporting the female model so the nif file for women crashes skyrim). For now, I'm going to leave it as a mix of sleeved and sleeved men with wolf pelt (men have a chance of having either armor.
These armors ARE NOT meant for player use - I haven't updated the 1st person views.
This is a work in progress, and I intend on eventually making it so that women have the wolf cowl/cape as well, but that'll take some remodeling.
