About this mod
This mod removes all of the Stones of Barenziah from the world so that you don't have to purposefully ignore those shiny, valuable-looking gems in a weird, out-of-character way any more if you don't intend to ever finish that quest ... and who does?

Only, it makes no sense for my thief characters to not steal a shiny gem when they see it, so obviously the only sensible thing to do was get rid of the gems.
I've disabled them all in xedit so that they shouldn't show up any more. Oh, I forwarded USSEP changes too to avoid reintroducing bugs.
For those that are mid-game and want to use this mod, you can get rid of the quest and items with these console commands:
1. Remove the stones from your inventory (replace # with the number of stones you have):
player.removeitem 9DFBB #
2. Finish the No Stones Unturned quest:
setstage tgcrown 200
3. Remove the Prowler's Profit ability you get from finishing the quest (this quest reward causes you to find gems extremely often):
player.removespell F20BE
I think that's everything. Let me know if I broke something.
QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
Is it possible to release it as an .ESL?
It's already ESL-flagged and won't take up a slot in your load order.
Will this work mid-playthrough after I have already picked up a few of them?
It will probably remove all the ones you haven't picked up from the world, but it won't do anything for the ones you have already picked up or clear the quest from your journal, sorry.
