I like Proudspire Manor. Especially as a home for my wife and children. But the room in the basement, that has all those unusable crates and
boxes. So I cleared it out. And added 36 Safes, 2 large chests. and
Eight Barrels.


This mod is a standalone for the game and requires no DLC, BUT might conflict if you DL another mod that mods the side storage room. Just a
simple Mod. All chests are none re-spawning so they are safe right from
the beginning.
