This is just a tiny tweak.
Normally, you would do 2x damage on Novice, 1.5x damage on Apprentice, 1x damage on Adept, 0.75x damage on Expert, 0.5x on Master and 0.25x on Legendary.
With this mod, you will always do 1x damage, regardless of the difficulty you choose.
