No version of this has ever enabled weather editing, literally ever. "Weather for editing is not set" for like 6 straight years. No fix. Boris is cryptic and angry as usual. It's like nobody actually knows how to make that go away.
Can someone please help me? This is related to enb: I keep getting the error "Kienbextender.dll reported failure during loading" I have no idea how to fix it or why the error is even there
I FIGURED IT OUT BRO. Shift+ENTER. BUT if it doesn´t appear it means you've installed ENB Series wrong (like I just did) So, go to here http://enbdev.com/download_mod_tesskyrimse.html (its the enb serie, base for all enb mods and meshes) Download the last one, click on 'v0.503' and downlaod it, but dont run it on Vortex like I did. You have to Download it normally, unzip the file, go to the file 'WrapperVersion' , and you musrt see 2 files .dll (named: d3d11.dll and d3dcompiler_46e.dll) grab those and copy them to your game folder. It's the folder that has the main game file on it 'SkyrimSE.exe' , paste them there. Instal this ENB Helper with Vortex. And you know you did everything good if when next time in game you press Shift+Enter and Enb Helper Menu pops up.
Do I use the latest version of ENB HELPER SE on this mod page for Skyrim 1.6.1170 or do I use the other version some have linked below? https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/110782?tab=posts

This plugin provides weather form IDs and transition state to ENB so the weather system feature can be enabled. It is the same as LE system.
Plugin is mostly a port of LE ENBHelper.
If a set the option to open on startup, the menu appears, but the keys not working
