Fix Stormcloak pardon only non-violent crime and killing emperor was categorized as "non-violent crime". Really small update, overwrite should be safe if you are not in associated quest. Currently I'm playing DB quest. I may make more polite version.
Donations
No donations accepted
When you kill empror, only Solitude give such a small bounty to you. it is tooooooo much non realistic. This increace this to 20000 Gold(every Imperial region), however In every Stormcloak hold you will get pardon.
Also Amaund Motierre should give more reward.

With limitation. it happens when player killed dummy emperor. Stormcloak should look like stupid until you killed true emperor
