**Empty all containers and racks of your stuff before updating to V2 or V3 for safety**
I don't know if it's necessary but....

Requiments:

Skyrim SE
Hearthfire DLC
Dragonborn DLC
TMPhoenix's Hearthfire multiple adoptions to adopt kids, move spouse in

The Bones:

It's my first mod so it's pretty basic. It is a conveniently located bachelor/bachelorette pad that has minimal impact on the scenery of the game. It has all the crafting stations a growing Dragonborn needs, with plenty of safe storage. It has a cooking spit and oven for you survival buffs as well. The layout is a very open floor plan with lots of space to move around, as I find most of the vanilla houses very cramped. It also has some "family heirlooms" that if you so choose, can help all those Enchanters, alchemists, and smiths out there. Basically it's a place to sleep, work, cook, and store, with the ability to help you get a great start to your new life in Skyrim. It is fully compatible with Hearthfire multiple adoptions by TMPhoenix, if you wish to move kids or a spouse in. They will also have stuff to do in and out of the house. So what you get is: 2 enchanters, 2 alchemy stations, forge, leather rack, chopping block, smelter, 4 mannequins, a lot of chests, cooking spit, oven, 1 master bed (well rested bonus included), 2 followers bed, 6 kids beds.

Backstory:

This is the place you were heading before the Imperials so rudely sidetracked you. A long forgotten Dwemer ruin remodeled by your family as a safe place to stay whilst in Skyrim. It has been used for years as a layover while trading and conducting business in skyrim. All you remember is get to Whiterun, find the family friend who will identify themselves with a secret phrase... What was it again.. "Something? in the air, won't be good for something?, never something?". The hideout should be just West of their property. Location marker included.

Known issues V3:

Spouses will not open up a store, they will give you money but not buy or sell stuff. If anyone knows how to fix that let me know.
