Remove magicka cost from non-combat spells such as Transmute and Candleight.

Simple mod that removes magicka costs from spells that don't actively aid in combat.
Affected Spells:
A side effect of removing magicka cost means that using any of these spells will not yield any experience as they require that usage to produce experience points. While I find this fitting, it may not be to your taste.
There is an optional version that includes the below spells if you prefer them to be a passive skill:
The optional file is stand alone and does not require the main version to function.
Let me know if you want any other non-combat spells added.
INSTALLATION:
Download/install with NMM, or download manually, extract the .esp and drop it into your Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Data folder.

This mod is compatible with anything that doesn't modify the spells listed above.
