The complexity of some meshes is very high but i think everything should work as intended. Please be kind and report any possible issues so that i fix them.
Wonderful reworking of the blacksmith stations! Any chance of allowing a patch between this and Animated Forge Water? I'd love to have these models with fixed waters. Thanks for the awesome mod!
Can anyone help me out with what I need to delete within the mod's file? I'm using two other mods for the workbench and anvil. But I'm havin a hard time getting what textures/meshes I should delete for this.
Hi, I'm currently using the option on enblight 0.98 V2 which adds particle lights to smelters. It notes the requirements as needing this mod and they work fantastically together.
My only question is, as enblight depends on the meshes from this mod, when I try to use a mod to fix the blacksmith forge water it conflicts and I end up with either a purple forge, or it reverts to the original textures and I don't have the particle light effect.
Is there any known fix for blacksmith forge water that is compatible with this mod and enblight ?
I have tried blacksmith forge water fix, also tried the xedit script, and also tried wskeevers animated forge water mod and had no luck. Am I doomed to keep the jelly water?
I was wondering if there's any way to replace the embers of your forge with those added by embers HD? I was trying to do it myself in NifSkope, but copying the ember branch over, as well as replacing the textures with Embers HD textures from the default forge just removed the embers altogether! I'm too nooby with NifSkope to figure out what's going wrong - sadly your embers are too pink for my setup, and the firewood in the centre looks a little odd. If it's too complicated, I hope I can figure out a way to do it myself! I love your forge mesh, but just wish to change the middle embers.
Also, the tongs are very bright for me, and they have cracks in them which emit a sort of red light.. Not sure if it's meant to be like that but it looks very strange to me! Any help would be much appreciated :)
I would love to see this combined with embers. The embers look amazing in the forge, but I'd like to keep the rest of the 3D models. Closest combination I was able to get ended up with the Anvil turning blue, indicating it had no texture, and fiddling around for a few hours and even trying to use another anvil retex didn't fix it.
Exactly, that was a wrong directory in the blacksmithforgemarker.nif and the blacksmithforgemarkerwr.nif of Embers HD, that was corrected in the latest version released by its author. So nothing to do with Mathy's mod. I realized there were already a discussion on an Embers HD, and as Mathy pointed out, the bethesda forge mesh is all-in-one, so his is all-in-one as well. Making a patch therefore does not mean simply combining existing nifs files, but actually reworking the forge nif to combine his models from 3D blacksmith with the embers model of the other mods. Something that would require both modders' authorization and time, and that would require some modeling skills. And I think Mathy is happy with the design of its own forge fireplace, so... For the moment, I let Embers HD overwrite 3D blacksmith, which allows me to benefit from Mathy's beautiful workbenches at least
