About this mod

Removes all Dead Shrub from the game saving everyone from their horrible appearance.

Permissions and credits
I didn't kill just one Dead Shrub, or a hundred, or a thousand ... I killed them all ... all Dead Shrub ... everywhere."
– Kevin Uxbridge, 2366 ("The Survivors" - Star Trek: Next Generation).

That's what Kevin Uxbridge would have said if he had installed this mod.

No More Dead Shrub
I despise the dead shrubs that infest all of Skyrim and especially Whiterun.  Normally I open the console and "disable" them if they really bug me.  Unfortunately, there are a lot of them that really bug me.  Therefore, I decided to cut them off at the source once and for all.

How did I accomplish this not so small miracle?
Using SSE Edit I determined that the source of all of the Dead Shrub is TreeDeadShrub[TREE:000A731C].  I copied the record into a new file and deleted the Model Filename path.  I did the same thing for Dead Snow Shrub, Thickets, and Snow Thickets.

There are multiple versions.  Check the File Download page for details.

How to have this miracle come true in your game? (How to Install)
Use a mod manager or manually unpack the file and copy it into your data folder.

How to allow evil to return to your game? (How to Uninstall)
Remove it from your mod manager or delete the file from your data folder.   The dead shrubs will once again infest your lands.

Compatibility
If you want to be sure this mod works, load it at the bottom of your load order (load last) to ensure these plants remain banished to the nether regions.  At the very least, load it after any other mod that modifies these plants (such as Skyrim 3D Plants and Trees).
