This mod will force all dragons to land to attack you. If flying, they should immediately land on the ground once they see you.

Feel free to use this mod for anything you like, I do not care.
This mod will force all dragons to land to attack you.
They will fly around in the distance but when they decide to engage in combat with you, they will immediately land.
I tested it on a few dragons found in the wilds of Skyrim and they exhibited this behavior.
This mod does the following:
1) Creates:
AbDragonNoFlightSpellCustom
AbDragonNoFlightMagicEffect
2) Most Dragon Actors in the Creation Kit have had the AbDragonNoFlightSpellCustom added to their spell list.
To manually install, add it to your Skyrim Special Edition Data Folder.
Launch the game and select Mods. Push the T button on your keyboard and add it to your Data Files load order.
