This replaces the standard sharpening wheel with a separate stool and wheel.

Sensible Sharpening Wheels
This mod replaces all active (crafting) sharpening wheels with a separate stool and wheel.
Why? Because when I was looking through Jet's collection of models in the Jets Resources pack, I came across the new model for the sharpening wheel, and realized it was much more realistic and useful.
A blacksmith would probably not want to rock the wheel with his (or her) body while operating the treadle, not when trying to sharpen a weapon that had just been carefully crafted, and whose edge could be permanently damaged by such motion. Worse yet, after staring at the original model from Bethesda, I realized there was a good chance of tipping the thing over on oneself, a horrible injury being a real possibility.
Notes:
This mod does not replace the static wheels, due to nif limitations. There's a good reason they aren't being used anyway, just look at them.
This is offered as both an ESP and ESL, due to it's tiny size.
