I wanted to combine my two favorite swords from Skyrim into 1 awesome weapon, thus Ghostrend was born...
-You Must have Ghostblade & Chillrend to craft this weapon.
-Uses Custom Chillrend models/textures.
-You Need the Arcane blacksmithing perk to craft.
-It is a late game weapon as My screenshots were done with a mod testing character with all stats to 100 and smithing has all perks.***(The new screenshots will show a level 1 character crafting Ghostrend with Only the arcane blacksmithing perk which is required and the game will balance the blade and enchantment based on YOUR character experience.)
-Only edited stats are the critical damage reduced by 1, Ghostblades extra damage effect increased by 1(3 to 4), Sword weight reduced from 16 to 10, and swing speed increased from 1.0 to 1.1. Besides that it is the vanilla effects just combined.
-V1.1 I edited the model and updated the texture to a transparent version like I wanted, furthermore I use leanwolf's better shaped weapons which is what I used in some of the original screenshots. Since I make custom models and textures My Ghostrend uses the Vanilla shape. You can see the comparison in the screenshot where I hold Chillrend and Ghostrend.
-V1.2 Got the tempering down so now it can be crafted as a legendary! Requires: 5 Malachite Ingots, 1 Deadra Heart, 1 Frost Salts, & 1 Glow Dust...
***I plan on adding a version that can be Tempered to a legendary, haven't decided how I want to go about it. Also I want to edit the model of Chillrend to be transparent as it is now merged to Ghostblade...
I still want to do more with this mod, maybe use a different sword model for it, or change the color...i'm still undecided so feedback/ideas is appreciated! I am also thinking of creating some weapons and armor merged in the future, like Dawnbreaker & Dragonbane maybe, so if there's any ideas go ahead and post em.
