Adds a full set of Telvanni weapons to Project AHO
The main crafting ingredient is "Tel And Crust" so Project AHO is a hard requirement.
All weapons are, roughly, equivalent to glass in stats. The weight and price are based off of the bow ratios.
The weapons are craftable after the "Forgotten Art" quest or, the full set is strewn throughout the Project AHO player home.
