Have you played the side-quest No One Escapes Cidhna Mines and killing Madanach only to discover that the reward is lousy? You are placed in jail by the Slver-Bloods and they offer you a ring that only allows you to fortify smithing, and not very much either. You can create better rings with the right skills. With 100 in enchantmentskill+Enchanter's Elixir you can create a ring that allows you to have 31% improvements to smithing.
But why wait when you can download this mod and have a even better ring.
This new Silver-Blood Family Ring will give you these enchantments 50% better smithing 25% deadlier one-handed attacks 25% deadlier two-handed attacks 25% deadlier archery attacks 25% better bartering. 20% shorter time for next shout. The silver-bloods are not friends of the Empire, so why not include Talos amulet blessing. 50 points on your enchantment skills. It is not permanent, when you remove the ring those points are removed aswell(on my pc atleast), so say you have 100 in enchantmentskill, then this ring would allow you to have 150 points which allows you to create even more powerful enchantments.
