This mod adds a small Buyable, highly detailed player-home overlooking the scenic town of Riverwood.
Riverwood Rest is equipped with most of the necessary comforts an adventurer would require.

This is my first mod, Riverwood rest: A highly detailed player home. I put a lot of effort into making this and learning how to use the creation kit. The goal was to add a small cozy, detailed home to the outskirts of Riverwood for a player to reside in between quests and adventures. I had long thought that Riverwood needed a proper player home as it is one of my favorite locations in skyrim visually.
Location:
Located just above and overlooking Riverwood, the home has it's own map marker and fast travel point - which is revealed immediately on the player map.
This mod provides an easy to access, scenic and lore friendly Player House to one of the first towns the player will encounter during a playthrough. Ideal for all types of characters.

Installation:
Install Via Mod Manager of your choosing or install Manually by dropping .esp file into the Skyrim special edition data folder (steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Data).
Additional Important Information:
- For version 1.10 or lower: Upon discovering the home the key is on the outdoor table located on the porch.
- For Version 1.20 or Higher: Key is buyable directly from Lucan's inventory in the Riverwood trader. Price will vary according to speech skill and disposition with Lucan. Key should appear under misc. items in his trade menu.
- This will work well with imaginator and ELFX
- Should be compatible with most mods that edit Riverwood i.e JK's Skyrim

Underneath the shield by the safe itself
As of Version 1.20 the home safe now has a unique akarvir katana, named Murasma - after the identically named Japanese "cursed" sword.
If you want to have to not purchase the house, please install versions 1.10 or Lower. These versions are not supported/updated.
