This is the SSE version of Floccesy.

LOCATION
In The Rift, just north of Hearthwood Mill:
HOW TO OBTAIN:
The previous owner was eaten by a bear. You'll have to kill it to get the key.
FEATURES:
No interiors. Works with SSE's rain occlusion.
All non-DLC vanilla crafting systems.
Toggle-able lights
Working gramophone (Has no music by default. Download the optional file if you want the gramophone to play music)
Named categorized containers.
You can click on the key in your inventory to lock your door:

IMPORTANT:
If you want the house to look exactly how it does in my screenshots, you'll need the Riften textures from Tropical Skyrim, but it's not required for this mod to work.

Q. Will my performance drop while using this?
A. Being an interior-less house, you may see a small dip in performance while near it, depending on your system.
Q. Did you seriously name this after that one town in Pokemon?
A. Yes.

A. Xbox One, maybe. PS4, absolutely not.
