The Various Patches add correct Keyword change stats so they are more consistent with WACCF or changes lighting Templates so the work better with ELE.
The ImRevelation's Smithing Tweaks changes a few gameplay aspect you might want to be aware off:
Orc Gear can only be crafted if you are either a Orc or have completed the Cursed Tribe
Dwemer Gear can only be crafted once you have completed Ancient Knowledge
Daedric Gear can only be crafted once you have completed Discerning the Transmude.
Gear that could only be crafted at the Skyforge can now also be crafted in the LOTD Safehouse.
