A quick patch to make iNeed (v1_90 Alpha 1) work together with Pure Water.

I got tired of iNeed overwriting the changes Pure Water made so I made a small patch that both carries the changes Pure Water made over to iNeed and the changes iNeed made to the water in Skyrim over to Pure Water (if that makes sense?).
Now it does work for me, but since I never really made a patch before I cant say for sure if it will work for anyone else too or if I made a mistake making it, idk. Feedback would be much appreciated!
Also if someone who know more what he is doing that me could take a look, that would be great!
