FYI, there is an LE Realistic HD mod that was never ported to SSE and isn't included in this collection - it's Realistic HD Beverages (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/66536) it has items such as Ale, Nord Mead, Juniper Berry Mead, Argonian Ale and Frostbite Venom (I think the venom is included in this collection though). Permissions state you can't upload a port, so you have to port it by yourself (esp in CK + meshes in Cathedral Assets Optimizer) if you want to use it.
Figured I should mention that you forgot to retexture "Ale" and similar items, as well as "Goat Cheese Wedge." (Unless you did change them and I just can't notice the difference, in which case, oh well. They are rather small objects any way and I only noticed when I inspected them closely.) And the tomatoes are a bit pale, but maybe that's just because they were grown in the North. Other than that, phenomenal mod package. Absolutely blown away by the changes.
+1! Some food has not been replaced. When I look at beautiful fish cuts and then look at tomatoes and other non-replaceable foods, my eyes bleed! I see only 2 ways to solve the problem. The first, and best, is to simply replace ALL the food at last. The second, easier and not the worst, but less preferable, is to remove the mod. The problem is not in the very fact of the incompleteness of the mod, but in the fact that, in contrast to high-quality food, the vanilla that has not been replaced really hurts the eyes. And it's not that vanilla food is of poor quality, but that the difference is great even more in terms of style of execution.
A bit late, but as a solution, you should use SFO No Grass with 3D Landscapes and Verdant for the best foliage experience (imo). And you should always, always use LOOT to automatically sort your load order.

Just one question : are your edited meshes high-poly, because they conflit with SMIM and High-Poly Project ?
If it is not the case, tell me if i can remove your meshes without any risks .
