I recommend using it as a last resort only
Place fairly at the bottom of load order / bottom of the problematic mod if you know which one it is (to make sure changes are overriden).
Some mods break the vanilla trainers sometimes (Example:https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/649016-some-trainers-wont-train/) this happens due to the way they implement the dialogue in the mod's custom trainers, this mod aims to fix this in a very dirty way btw, but it probably won't break anything Vanilla, it might break mod added trainers though, but in reality, what broke the game, was the mod, this patch simply places the correct vanilla dialogues on top of the mod's added dialogues.
Currently only Vanilla trainers, will add DLC trainers as well later.
