   May I ask something?
   Is no MCM in SE version?
   IIRC that RDO had its own mcm in LE
   I'm not sure is still have it in SE
   If no, how can I check RDO installed completely?

      It's 2 years since the last release of RDO, and the SE has been updated by Bethesda multiple times, which might make the MCM of RDO unfunctional...
      There's a patch for RDO which might get the MCM to work: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/9951?tab=files.
      Although the translation patch for the main file here might not be useful alongside that patch ...
      
      EDIT:
      It seems that there's actually no MCM add-on in the FINAL release of RDO SE by cloudedtruth because the SKSE64 wasn't out and stable at that time.
