Though I ran into a bug with the patcher that required me to manually fix: If the cell record it's patching has fields with references to anything in a plugin that doesn't add encounter zones, it chokes and bugs out. As a simple example, try running the patcher with Realistic Water 2 in the load order and see what I mean.
