I lost total vision in one eye as you may have known and am now loosing it in the other eye. I am at the point I have to use text to speech programs to read things. I HATE IT. I am very sorry for those who are looking forward to further work and updates but it is not possible any more. I had a blast making mods and it was a a very rewarding experience. I will continue to keep my mods available for use. As for the Mods I have PORTED, any further work and updates will have to be by the Original Author if they with to do so. If there is anyone who would like to take the reins of my work and continue to further what my Dream was for the Dark Skyrim Overhaul series, please contact me for further information. Hey guys. After optimizing the meshes and changing to Form 44, I tested this for a couple hours in a vanilla game and didn't run into any troubles. I am gonna do some more testing with mods and see how things work. PLEASE.........If you find any texture problems and stuff, let me know and keep the comments kind and professional. I don't take kindly to rude people. LOL. Enjoy the mod and please stop my the original mods page and give a kudos and endorsement.
Hey guys. Sorry for not being around for a while. I have bought 5 acres and have moved out in the country. As of now, there is no internet where I am at but will be getting service at least in the first of the year. Until then, I won't be able to upload anything till I get service It will be hit and miss for a while as I have no internet for my PC.I will try to answer any questions when I can. I wanted to ask if if you can update this mod, due to the new Wyrmstooth update to version 1.19 Can you also make this mod a ESL to save on the plugin space. This would be very much appreciated if you can do this update and fix.
Not sure you are working on this or if anyone else is but it has some issues even though it seems to be playing well enough. Ok I also had the Texture problems and am looking at fixing this by installing textures manually as mentioned. But there is one glaring problem when you buy this expensive fort for a home the upgraded bed is not set to player owned nor is the house so when you try to sleep at night you cant because you are being asked to leave your own house which cost around $35000 to buy and upgrade. Not to mention I would pay money for a more pleasant House Keeper. Since she will most likely get Disabled in my game. Another possible issue is Helga the Haggard is not an ally and this can cause issue with sleeping in your own home if she is in the home at the time.
So, installing JUST the textures from the Dark Forest of Skyrim mod fixed this for me. Seems like there were a couple textures that got left out of this one.
The area (Wyrmstooth 1.18) around the imperial military camp on the southern shore had a lot of these trees and the issue was pretty noticeable there.
Not a big deal though; I am very impressed with the Dark Forest mods and I think I may install them all anyways since they are compatible with SFO. It will be cool to have a much more forested Skyrim, Reach, and Solstheim.
Wyrmstooth is also one of my favorite quest mods. This makes the place even more memorable. It's going to be the new vacation spot for my Dragonborn.
A note to this mod's author: the link under the required files links to the now-outdated Wyrmstooth 1.17B. It might be good if you could change the link to the current 1.18, hosted on the same site as 1.17B (I think the link is in the description of 1.17B).
Thank you. I'm glad you like them. I I have never merged mods before so I am not familiar with that process yet, but I will soon. I wouldn't think there would be any problems. The only way is to test it out. Trial and Error HAHA. I have plans on making a huge overhaul in the near future like Dark Fantasy Overhaul that will incorporate all these mods. Thank you.I have tested it on my rig and didn't notice any loss compared to vanilla Wyrmstooth. But I do have a powerful rig. I try to make everything performance friendly and the meshes have been optimized for SE so I wouldn't think so.. Hope you enjoy.

I have a question: Can you think of any reason why these would not be safe to merge together? Given their simplicity, I imagine they would.
I'll be merging them and testing it over the next week or so.
I noticed the Solstheim addition had a version that requires Dark Forests Base. Was that simply to cut out some shared resources?
