If this doesn't work, pick up the Spelltomes from the shrine in the temple of Mara, you can literally wave your hand and say "You're one of my wives now" while with the other you can summon any/all of your wives to your side.

I had a lot of problems with this mod, but eventually, it worked. I did everything right: installed the mod, enable the esp, completed Dawnguard, helped Valerica return , completed the Mara questline and I was wearing the amulet of Mara as well. I had a missing dialogue problem: the only option related to marriage was "have you ever think about getting married?" (the correct line that makes the mod works shoul be "do you have something in your mind Serana?") After this there are 3 options ,it doesn't matter wich you pick, she'll bug and just say "I think we've talked about this enough" forever, even if the ceremony is done, she'll just bug. The solution was in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JfkboaZO3YQ&list=LL&index=2 So the idea is to use 2 comands to Force Marriage: The first comand to reset your relationship with Serena to 4 (the maximun level of relaationship with an npc, lovers level), the second comand adds her to the marriage faction, just follow the instructions of that very simple and short video. After I typed the 2 comands, I tried again and lo and behold, I married her at last! I still had the "have you ever think about getting married?" (wrong line but it doesn't matter), she says again she doesn't deserve it and then I picked the 1st option...and finally she says I hope so , then the player says we are going to be a family, and the ceremony proceds, after this she never say "I think we've talked about this enough" ever again. Now I live with her in Solitude , she cooks sometimes and when I sleep with her I get the Lover's Comfort buff. I hope this helps.
Hello all! After like 3 hours of messing with this mod I got it too work in VR. USSEP messes up the marriage quest because of how wonky VR is. You must install this https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/31673?tab=posts. Once that was installed the mod finally worked.

Because the Developers didn't want you to marry someone who "did it" with Molag Bal so that she could be a pureblooded vampire.

The ceremory went well, and spouse dialogue options appeared too, but I just cannot get the lover's comfort buff. SSEEdit shows no conflicts between this and other mods except unofficial patch. Mods I think may be related are as follows: Nether's Followers Frameworks, Go To Bed, Snuggly Laydown. Any suggestions?
Edit: It turns out that the problem is serana would not sleep, other followers sleep as normal.
Can any mod creator make another mod to enable you marry Serana that is not bugged? I was reading the comments and it seems that this mods is full of bugs. For me, now, it's not worth installing it. I don't even know If I'm going to get this to work.
I got it to work after divorcing twice without killing anyone. I am not sure if some of it was a waste of typing or not but some part of it changed things because for weeks all I got was rejection while using this mod. First drop any amulet of Mara. Get rid of your Bond of Matrimony wedding ring and pickpocket your ex to get her ring and get rid of the rings by selling them. Next I put "resetquest RelationshipMarriage 100". It may be 10 or may need no number. I'm not sure but that worked for me. I entered this below in the blank air with no reference number after I used it on my ex to divorce. It may have done nothing but regardless, things changed.
Enter the following console commands:
removefac 51596.
player. removefac C6472.
resetquest 74793.
resetquest 21382.
setstage 74793 10.
Wait for 24 hours.
Do a save.
Then find Serana, click on her and type: setrelationshiprank (her ID) 4. Then: player.setrelationshiprank (her ID) 4. Then addfac 19809 1.I also typed disable then enable while clicked on Serana with her ref ID showing afterwards. I typed in everything in the above sentence again after re-enabling but they may also have been a waste of time. What I do know is that she became loving and said things she'd never said before. I'm not sure if that's cuz I had the mod already downloaded or just a reaction to addfac 19809 1. When you go get the amulet from Maramal, don't trip if he won't talk about marriage after you buy another amulet of Mara. The dialog for the wedding will pop up with him after you get her to say yes to marriage. It gave me 3 options to choose from to get her to marry me after things were working correctly and I chose the bottom least selfish sounding one and it all worked out. She does still say not to talk about it one more time before the new dialog choices for you pop up. I chose the least selfish sounding one because I learned that you can screw up curing her from being a vampire by choosing the wrong response. The cool thing is that vanilla marriage diglog gets mixed with her normal dialog so you have more conversation. Don't download the multiple wives mod afterwards or she loses her dialog options. At least it happened to me but deleting the mod and a save set it back to normal.
Similar question. I didn't know that there was that mini little marriage ceremony until it happened, so I still had marry me Serana mod active. As long as I don't wear the amulet of Mara, it shouldn't break the scrip right?
Serana Dialogue overhaul should be considered the successor to this. Unless you're desperate for a Marriage ceremony there is no reason to use this mod now since SDO includes a Marriage option.
