Basically just smaller textures, should give some more FPS on cards with less then 3GB of video memory.

Optimized Landscape and Town Textures
Skyrim SE's textures don't look that great, barely better than the ones found in Oldrim yet you need a card with at least 3GB to play without running out of video
memory, or maybe even more.
This mod aims to free up some video memory by reducing their quality a little bit.
If you experience stuttering after playing for 15-30 minutes (most likely you would notice stuttering outside, Interiors tend not to use too much video memory) then this will help.
Installation : Open the archive, then drag and drop the Data folder into the install directory (where SkyrimSE, and the game's launcher is found). Overwrite everything if asked.
This mod only changes textures inside all major Towns (Whiterun, Windhelm etc.) and outside landscape textures. No armor or weapon textures has been modified.
I can assure you, you won't notice a difference in general gameplay unless you look for it.
