Did you ever feel like cheating when using Quick Reflexes?
The perk called "Quick Reflexes", NOT "Quick Movement" or "Quick Fighting and then Quick Spellcasting".
The original quick reflexes version allows you to move with the regular speed (like in the Slow Time shout):
First, I even assumed it's a bug, but it's seems Bethesda designed the perk this way, which is even more sad :/
Anyway, this mod reduces the movement speed
Regular Skyrim edition: you are moving 12 times slower than in vanilla, almost the same multiplier is used for a time. You still move a little bit faster.
Special edition: (after a lot of complains) you are moving 3 times slower than in vanilla
You still have the advantage over the opponent and can dodge his attacks
