• Other user's assets Some assets in this file belong to other authors. You will need to seek permission from these authors before you can use their assets

From MrB: Since I've lost my home, and am having an operation on my back very soon I decided to make all my mods open resource. Which means you can do what you want with my mods including creating new mods with them as long as you give credit to me and my mods. Thank you.
