I'mma be real this is both my favorite Creation Club integration mod and one of the best, and a big part of it is this:
You can't begin to imagine how refreshing it is to see someone who actually paid attention to the backstory behind why a set of armor exists. Been my biggest gripe with a lot of quests that add the Alt Armors around for instance, especially the ones that have more concrete backstories.
I'd love to see a mod integrating the new armours as all Silver Hand armours (including renaming them). I think they visually fit the Silver Hand better, the vigil already has a different aesthetic. It might also change the armours and or text of the quest.
Hmm, that's not a bad idea. But the issue is the Silver Hand play a way too small part in vanilla game to give them such full outfit overhaul, whereas giving these armors to the Vigilants (who appear many times throughout the game) with the chance of 50% seem to make the best use of these armor set.
I don't really think how much the armours show up matters that much. I also have other mods giving the vigilants unique armours. I have none for the Silver Hand (and I don't like any of the existing ones)
Velgath version has all variants of the armor set in the leveled list while my version still intentionally left out some, it's just a matter of preference and providing different options.
That mod has its own integration of this armor set, if you prefer the integration method from this mod then load this one below that mod in load order.
Wonder if we'll get this armor for free come the November 10th forced update? If so, being able to use this mod will be one of the few highlights at least
I really hope so, it would be a great vanilla friendly addition for those who haven't got a chance to try it. Would be even more welcoming if Bethesda integrated it into the leveled lists with the upcoming update.
Hmm it feels like you are getting a great mod and then you realize that you need a creation club for another mod kekw, i don't understand who uses creation club mods.
You can't also use mods if you don't own Skyrim or any DLC or game that mods required, so if you want to cry about Creation Club there are other places to do it.
