Male non-milkdrinker Nord; can shout, dual wield, two handed, blocking, marksman, heavy armor, light armor. He can be whatever you want him to be; only exception is casting spells, because he's a strong Nord who needs no magics. He shouts his way out of failures and doesn't hesitate to stand face to face against the daedric princes themselves.

Leoric can be found in the Sleeping Giant Inn in Riverwood.

For those who facing the black face bugs try this:

Dismiss Leoric (take all his items first) and wait until he's no longer in view (like 2 or 3 ingame hours) then save the game and quit, uninstall the mod (Leoric mod), go back in the game save one more time and quit, then reinstall the mod. Check back at the Sleeping Giant Inn to see Leoric. This should resolve the issue.
