One Handed, Two Handed, and Archery 5/5 BASE perks (Armsman/Barbarian/Overdraw)... Now increase damage dealt by 8%, 16%, 24%, 32%, and 40% (***instead of 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, and 100% in vanilla).
