- DOF - Added a far bokeh freezing switch. Only useful for high quality bokeh while taking screenshots if you want to give your graphics card a (small) break. Has to be enable in the fx file first!
- DOF - Removed DoF keying. Use the background color picker of the new Photo Studio addon to get a similar effect

Version 7.0
- UNDERWATER - Added custom underwater shader
- PREPASS - Prepass sun rays have been replaced by DSRS (Dual Sun Ray System) and binary sun rays have been configured
- POSTPASS - Added optional blur suite (can be enable in the gloabl options file)
- WEATHERFX - Redone the rain droplet shader (Fixed internal raytracing, removed supersampling, created new textures, implemented a dynamic blur and added droplet curvature control to the UI)
- NIGHTS - Rebalanced night darkness levels (nights will still remain relatively dark) and fixed bright mountain silhouettes that could appear sometimes when increasing the expsoure too much
- CATHEDRAL - The Cathedral preset has been overhauled + improved and requires Cathedral Weathers 2.0 from now on
- DOF - Reworked how the circle of confusion gets created -> added bleeding from the foreground blur and improved base performance
- DOF - Optimized stylized bokeh shapes. This can cut down the performance overhead by more than 50% depending on the texture that is used!
- DOF - Added spherical aberration, diffraction and two graining types to the DoF shader (spherical aberration replaces the previously implemented shape weighting)
- DOF - Replaced gaussian blur shader of the DoF with my own one -> should provide smoother scaling and allows quality control through the UI now
- DOF - Added a new chromatic aberration type and updated the UI with controls for both (Longitudinal and lateral CA can be used simultaneously)
- DOF - The optional DoF configs have been overhauled to include the new features
- GENERAL - The sharpening shader can now also remove object edges from the unsharp mask to further enhance and customize its output
- GENERAL - The sunsprite's starburst and hoop flare create subpixel accurate randomness patterns now to produce a antialiased result (quasi-supersampling)
- GENERAL - Water wave amplitude is now influenced by the current weather and time of day
- GENERAL - Renamed (multi-)iris flares to ghost flares (they still work in exactly the same way)
- GENERAL - Improved the way the dithering pattern is shifted over time - looks better and should even run a tiny bit faster
- GENERAL - Added and enabled high quality mode for the unsharp mask shader. You can still enable the old more performance friendly mode in the .fx file!
- GENERAL - Chromatic Aberration shaders no longer have a separate "Invert/Reverse Direction" toggle. You can now invert the direction by simply setting the amount parameter to a negative number.
- GENERAL - Fixed a slight rotation bug that affected a bunch of shaders, especially ones that use some kind of aperture shape input
- GENERAL - All blur shaders work in linear space now to preserves the energy of the scene

Version 6.1
- SHARPENING - Redone the entire sharpening shader. Its now able to react to local contrast to better balance out sharpness across the image. The shader still uses an unsharp mask but should be a bit faster for smaller step counts (~1-3 steps) now.
- BUGFIX - Fixed random ENB artifacts that could pop up in the top left corner with a little workaround.
- DOF - Added an alternative chromatic aberration type to the DoF shader and enabled it by default.
- ANTIALIASING - Added a solo FXAA AA preset to the postpass (can be choosen via the global options as usual)
- COLOR GRADING - Adjusted contrast and brightness in the cathedral and dolomite presets
- WEATHER SYSTEM - Various little tweaks to some weather configs (dolomite and obsidian)

- COLOR GRADING - Added a completely new "mega shader" that combines all color grading tools into one central place. Including higher quality manipulation tools and better performance.
- LUT - The LUT list (technique dropdown menu) has now been moved to the postpass
- LUT - The custom LUT system got a few changes as well. Make sure to port your enblut.fxh file to the new format, if you created a custom one before
- LUT - A new DNI technique for custom LUTs has been added, that allows the use of different ones for day, night and interior
- ANTIALIASING - You can now enable and adjust FXAA in addition to SMAA, CREAA and EdgeAA
- ANTIALIASING - All AA methods are now toggleable with normal UI parameters (can be found below the color grading suite)
- ANTIALIASING - To enable/disable different AA methods, go into the global options file and choose your prefered AA preset
- DOF - Added "Bokeh Curve" parameter to the DoF shader, which allows bokeh intensity manipulation based on the maximum shape brightness
- GENERAL- Added a new custom dithering shader to better obscure color banding
- GENERAL - Removed some unused shaders and options from the enbeffect file
- GENERAL - Improved Subsurface Scattering
- GENERAL - Fixed a bug in the CREAA shader
- GENERAL - Fixed DoF blending when using shape weighting
- GENERAL - Added adjustable cloud density to the sun ray shader and fixed the curve parameter
- GENERAL - Added separate toggles for the SSS customizer and sun rays per request
- GENERAL - UseOriginalPostProcessing should work with the new shader setup again

- WEATHER SYSTEM - Added MWS to the Vivid Weathers preset

- ADDONS - Improved the painting effect inside the "Stylization Suite" addon
- SUNSPRITE - Reworked most of the starburst sprite code, added starburst support for round aperture shapes and added some features and flares to the multi-iris effect
- GENERAL - Optimized shader setup for faster compilation time -> This change should speed up both starting the game and going back into the game after alt-tabbing out of it (especially with a lot of active LUT profiles)
- LENS - Added more passes to the rain doplet shader to increase the number of simultaneously visible rain droplets but decreased their overall size and fixed a small rotation bug
- LENS - Added and enabled the option to let the frost vignette shader approximate missing refraction data at screen borders
- POSTPASS - Overhauled the vignette effect: The shader works with color input now, simpler blending modes received some micro-optimizations and the visualizer has been improved
- POSTPASS - Added support for translucency to the letterbox/border shader (can be controlled through the alpha value of the color picker)
- PREPASS - Improved sun rays a little bit

- LENS - Reworked the frost vignette shader to actually refract the scene and updated the frost texture with a new one that has been downscaled from 4k
- DOF - Added rotation control to the stylized bokeh shapes and improved the mask texture sampling (should fix all edge cases)
- ADDONS - Added a depth fade to the outline shader and fixed a bug that caused precision problems... and the pre blur can now be controlled through the UI as well
