High Priority SkyrimSE Process.
This file adds a registry entry to your operating system, which forces it to run Skyrim Special Edition in high priority, without you have to mess around in the task manager every single time, or use a 3rd party app.
Tested on Windows 8.1 and Windows 10.
Installation
Run the .reg file, and click YES. That's it.
You can edit the file (right click on it -> Edit), and change the "SkyrimSE.exe" part in it, to anything else (Fallout4.exe for example).
