- User shield ini settings and vrik scaling calibration are now accounted for, if you were using one of the larger backpack sizes in fomod it is recommended you return to base

- Backpack is now destroyed when dropped (you can spawn a new one in mcm)
- Backpack will automatically return if another mod or quest moves it out of inventory

- added quick cast [EXPERIMENTAL], hold your right grip to enter quick cast draw mode, any non-channel spells you draw will be cast immediately without changing your equip, does not work for location spells (sorry no summons at this time)
