ok first of all, my ck wont load CC survival, so i took one .esp with survival enabled and stripped of everything
and then i changed and added some survival parameters in tesedit wich are:

first: added inmunity to cold water and resistance to cold enviroments (warmth) 100 to vampires "resist poison effect" (so, load this esp after any vampire overhaul) so now you are more resistant to cold climate, and water wont kill you... i imagine a vampire body cells gets slightly damaged or at least affected by cold so i kept the cold effect a little... but now water wont kill you at all.

second: if you want to keep the vampire overhaul mod after this esp, there are ways to add the effect (the effect is necesary for this plugin to work)
one is via console, if you choose this then you know how to use console, just search for "ignore cold", and there are craftable items, [smithing forge] one is a book that teaches you the ability its called spell tome: ignore cold, this one is permanent, you learn it and thats it... forevur.!!.. unless you remove it with console... and the other is a ring, you craft it in the smithing forge and when you put it on it gives you the benefits

so a normal character, non vampire, has a way to resist the cold more and swim in cold water....
