if anybody has clipping issues with other blackreach mods put a screen shot in the images and I will see if I can fix it without a bunch of separate patches. I want to keep this nice and simple if possible. o7
I'm shocked sinisterax's original mod or this se port hasn't gotten more attention. This is such a well done, put together mod. It really elevates Blackreach and makes it far more magical and entrancing place to explore while still preserving the feel the developers set out to invoke. I can't imagine playing without it now that I got a taste and I implore anyone on the fence to go and download it. But if my glowing review didn't convince you then maybe this screenshot I took will sway you more.
Thank you sinisterax for the mod and thank you Dracula420 for this port.
The patches all need to be updated for the ESL version, don't they? When compacting, if you have all the patches open in xEdit with the main mod, xEdit will automatically update the patches to work with the compacted file
thank you but I checked those patches in xedit. it's not needed as of right now at least, all of the changes are already included built in the lux already, the patch doesn't hurt to be in LO but totally useless
I've finally managed to visit Blackreach with this installed and really liked the result! Unfortunately, Blackreach glitched out and gave me clear day weather, which wasn't that bad. Once I exited the game, I had a peek at my papyrus log, which was at almost 2MB for this play session (usually, it's around 300 kb), with

etc. I know papyrus log isn't used for any gameplay problemshooting, but still...is this somehow related to your mod? I've only went through Blackreach in this play session and your mod is the only one touching that area.
i didn't know the game had cave worms. i did a search for them and the only things that came up were from that adult site we can't say the name of last i checked. sorry dude i have no idea with this one. i dont really know anything about scripting.
After taking a quick look through DLC1CavewormTriggerScript and the Creation Kit, it seems like the problem might be that the caveworms need DLC1CavewormTriggerControlScript listed as a Linked Ref, but right now don't. I think this can be done through the Creation Kit, but it might involve tracking down every caveworm in Blackreach lol, assuming that I'm even right about that being the problem. I'm no Creation Kit guru, so maybe there's a way to edit every caveworm in the cell very quickly that I don't know of.
an edited excerpot from my Real Shelter Patches page...
"The other thing that really speeds the process up is batch reference action via highlighting your references statics in the cell view right hand column, then clicking the render window and pressing the "-" key. Then you can select enable parent/select reference in render window and it will hook all your statics up to the window in one go. It's not 100% though so manual check for anything missed."
You can also add LOD to the cave worms, ask Sheson.
I should have never touched ESO. That games version of Blackraeach spoiled me. Even though Skyrim's Blackreach came first, it still feels like a pale shallow imitation lol.
Haha exactly! I play ESO from time to time but I always feel the lack of "depth"/immersion or what one should call the feeling of a well done mod list in Skyrim, ESO is a decent mmorpg but Skyrim is something way better in my opinion! =P

Does anyone that knows about navmesh know how important is the ussep patch for this mod is? does anyone know what it does specifically?
