I really want this mod to work and it has, pretty well, in the past, it's a great concept and I really appreciate the thought and work that it must have taken.
Unfortunately, in my game, when exiting conversations the camera jumps to either a straight up view or a straight down view (PC's head). It could easily be a conflict somewhere but I can't localize it and if this has been previously discussed, I apologize.
Any suggestions would be very much appreciated. In any case, thanks for the mod!
Do you use Improved Camera? I think there are several options from Improved Camera to make it compatible with this mod. Unfortunately, I forgot which options
I found out that if you have a mod like True Directional Movement or any other mod that have head tracking you will have a bug where your dialogue options won't show sometimes. To fix it you have to disable the headtracking option on the MCM, i did that and is working fine with TDM now
I've been having this issue a YEAR, it's simple a fix! It's caused my quests and other encounters to mess up when I have to back out of a forced conversation. I came onto this mod page specifically to find if the bug was patched and found it's just a mod conflict thanks to you! Appreciate it!
I have downloaded a mod collection online. I have followed all of the steps. Vortex has kicked me back 0 errors, however when I go to launch the game I am met with an error for Conversation Camera. If I launch the game in this state it will hit a black screen and then crash. If I disable the mod the game will launch. I have tried to reinstall and even delete the mod and redownload/install. Nothing fixes this error. Is there any fix or a work around?
The problem is the interaction between this mod and SSE Display Tweaks. In your load order, Display Tweaks should always overwrite AlternateConversationCamera (as well as mods like SkyrimUpscaler and NoCamColl_2_SE if you have them). Also, SmoothCam and Improved Camera should be in your download order after the above.....Also check that all the mods I specified correspond to your version of the game
Anyone experiencing an issue where when the camera switches from the player to the NPC, it has the take a moment to load the NPC's facial details, like first it's just a smooth head with black eye holes, then the facial details load like eyebrows and hair, then the eyeballs load. Does anyone know what could be causing this and how I could fix it?
Also, the pinned post "Settings for this mod", where do I access these settings? I'm kind of a noob when it comes to modding and computer stuff :/
Whenever I'm having a conversation in 3rd person, when the NPC is talking, the camera focuses on the back of my character's head, when my character speaks, the focus is on the NPC's back of the head. How can I fix this? Tried many tweaks in the ini file, without success. I have improved camera and also TDM but not headtracking installed.
Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I'm having the same problem here
Edit: For those wondering how to fix this, I found out a solution. In True Directional Movement MCM there is an option for dialogue. Just disable that.
Unfortunately had to remove - causes issues with the worldFOV vs weaponFOV. It locks them together so you're unable to change FOV's independently even from .inis
Otherwise - this mod is great, works really well and beautifully incorporated. Definitely suggest downloading!
Downloaded this, fully uninstalled it, and upon a new game NPC's won't look at my when I walk by nor will they look at me when I initiate a dialogue. I think maybe this mod caused it but I'm not completely sure. Has anyone else experienced this by any chance?
EDIT: Fixed it. Was not this mod's doing at all. The culprit was True Directional Movement.I just removed it and it fixed my issue completely.
Is this compatible with Convenient Dialogue UI? I've had issues with the topics not appearing and camera not switching but I thought that the Dialogue UI mainly changed the way the topics look.
