I have had a number of comments regarding design modifications and edits so I wanted to comment on these. Honestly, I had really planned to do a complete re-design of the outfit. It is/was going to be a bit more templar/fantasy based with more armor less cloth. However, I am not very good at anything involving drawing or design, so I have a work associate who was an Art Major in College that was going to help me. We worked out the general concept, but I ended up having a hard time getting the software working, trying both Blender and GIMP. She does not own a laptop so I needed to get an older one completely set up with everything. January through April is our busy time (US Taxes) so unfortunately I ran out of time and have to table anything until Spring 2019.
I edited the current amidianborn textures so they work with this mod's cuirass. The ones on the LE page are either other ones or not the current ones. I asked on the AMD page if its ok to upload here if you are interested as well.
Really great mod! I have used it in two playthroughs. This may be intentional, because I noticed the message indicating the unenchanted version was added later to accommodate a request, but I found that the ArmorSteelPlateRobeBattlemage_UN does not have a Constructible Object associated with it for Tempering. I adjusted locally on my mine for personal use, but thought I should post here in the event someone might be trying to Temper their Battlemage Steel Plate Cuirass and is not able to in game.
Wtf, all my vigialnts are suddenly naked. Could it be the cause of this mod? Or did something else do something? I had the Oldrim version of the mod installed previously. Could that have caused something?
Well, there's still nothing that explains why they vigilants at the outpost in The Rift didn't wear their vigialnt robes. Might've been a conflict with Interesting NPCs, not sure. Or perhaps the fact that I switched the Oldrim mod for this when I was in the proximity of the outpost. Only way to check if it was this mod's fault is if someone went to the outpost with a new character. Haven't been to any other outposts in my current playthrough, so can't say whether more places are affected or not.
There is no Oldrim version of this specific mod. As it says in the Description "After conversion, I then added it to the default outfits for the Vigilants of Stendarr and Keeper Carcette." So there is your explanation.
From original mod's description: "They are also available in weaker enchants on Vigilants of Stendarr." So basically, this is a remastered version of that mod. Oldrim mod worked perfectly (not sure about that specific outpost, though, but I think I remember it working in a previous playthrough), but then when I reached that outpost with this mod installed instead, they were naked.
I have been trying to replace the textures for the mod and haven't been able to get it to work in my game. I saw your comment replying to someone else to use the AMD texture patch from the original mod and placing the files in the file directory, but that failed to work. I love the general design of the armor, but the low-res vanilla textures really clash with the rest of my game. Is there any other method to add texture compatibility?
Sorry - textures are not my forte. I would think you could use Cathedral Asset Optimizer and upgrade them, but I really do not know meshes/textures too well.
There are textures from an LE nexus page that work for the original (and likely this mod) working with aMidianborn textures. You'll need to search for it but it works and tested in SE.

The only thing it's missing is the CBBE 3BA conversion.
Thanks for this mod!
