While I have not tried this in-game yet, I can, however, say that the bodyslides for the custom CBBE body do work and show up in the Bodyslide and Outfit studio tool.
I'll test this in-game and then give another review to see if there's any problems, but for now, I'm glad that I can play Beyond Skyrim: Bruma without having to worry about whether the armors and clothes will work on a CBBE body or not. So, thank you for making and posting these bodyslides for us to use :).
Yeah, that's definitely my mod... unfortunately I don't have Skyrim installed right now or Bodyslide, so I don't really have the tools to fix the issue. Though I'm not really sure if I even needed to try and make that hood mesh Bodyslide compatible, so I'd recommend just deleting that mesh from your game and it should look fine.
Same thing here, I thought it was something on my end.. Sooo, delete that mesh from my game? Just how would i do that? (since i usually leave that kind of stuff alone so I don't break my game)Will they remain bald? Everything else seems to look great and I don't want to muck it up.
Hi Skyrob, unfortunately I don't have Skyrim installed or any related tools right now so I won't be able to walk you through it, only give you some general advice. I am unsure if you are familiar with navigating file directories in Windows, but you'd need to delete four files in the following folder (found in your Skyrim game directory): "data/meshes/bscyrodiil/clothes/necromancer". The files are "revenanthoodf_0.nif", "revenanthoodf_1.nif", "revenanthoodfarg_0.nif", "revenanthoodfarg_1.nif". Deleting these files will revert the hoods back to their default look from the Beyond Skyrim: Bruma mod. If you are using a mod manager and you can't find these files in your game directory, you may need to do this in the program's virtual file system.
The issue is with the Main Mod itself not having forearms defined for the Armor Addon for each of the short sleeve Nibenese Robes , now to be fair in a Vanilla Body setup it all works fine so it cant be stated as a bug.
I have created a workaround ESP file that fixes the issue (when using CBBE), you are welcome to a copy as a Hot-fix for this Mod if you would like, PM me and I will send you a link to the file.
Sorry for the late response. I've essentially abandoned my mods, if you'd like you can upload your fix to the nexus and I'd be happy to link it on my page. Thanks for taking the time to make it.
Thanks so much for the reply, I've learned a lot in the past year (after several failed attempts, and Win 10 1903 corrupting my OS twice). I now know how to get to the files that need deleting. Kudos for coming back and letting everyone know, respect sir!
does anyone know how to remove the textures from this mod? its turned all four variants of Colovian Common Clothes into the same purple colour variant and i cant change it back even though i uninstalled, how do i revert to vanilla textures?
Delete your bodyslide files ( files generated by your bodyslide , if you are using mod orgnizer 2 they are in your override files in the meshes folder) . after that rebuild your body slide so that you have your armors fit to Cbbe again. if this mod is the cause of your problem , this action should fix it. if it's not fixed , then it's not this mod.
LEGEND. you not only helped me fix this, but i was also able to get rid of another mod's bodyslide leftovers because of your comment! thank you so much!!!
I am so sorry, but i tried but i don't how to use outfit studio. I will try to learn but i will take some time, if you can do the bodyslide for oldrim let me know and if you can, i can help you how to obtain the meshes from the outfits! I will try to do it, but i won't make any promise. I am talking only for OLDRIM, not SE! Thank you
not sure what's going wrong, if anything, when I downloaded this and batch-morphed it to my preset, but now when my char wears Bruma armor, their mesh is of the full weight version when my character is not full weight. As in, they are currently small and skinny close to Weight 0 but when wearing this armor, they appear big and thick as if Weight 1.
I tried re-generating the meshes individually but the problem persists.
I'm still getting wrist gaps, after doing a batch build using the bodyslide files from this mod. Is there a way I can fix this, or is there something else I should have done or not done?
Hi all, I've just updated the mod's description. This mod is essentially abandoned, though if you have a fix please shoot me a message and I'd be happy to link it on the main page.
