It's not very responsive because of the framerate thingy and restricted to running but pretty ok overall. Do you consider adding more skills, or make an amulet version so the skills will not be restricted to weapons?
I can confirm that this does not work with anniversary edition of skse unfortunately. Would be really nice if someone could port it. Imagine this with Elden Rim weapon arts
I haven't played Enderal and don't plan to. If anyone wants, they can port this mod themselves. It shouldn't be too hard if Enderal developers didn't change the animations of the killmoves.
I can not say anything here. I finished modding long before AE came out. If the guys from the SKSE team changed some functionality, then my mod may not work. But in general, it should not depend on anything other than SKSE code (and SkyUI\MCM, for settings).
Not sure. You can force NPC to do some moves, like it was done in Vigilant and Glenmoril by Vicn, but I'm not sure that my approach for triggering special moves will work for NPCs. So you will most likely need to come up with something else.

What affects the color of the effects? So far, mine have been white. Wouldn’t mine the red or blue seen in the images.
UPDATE: Looks like the element of your enchantment affects the color of the effect!
