Simple save file to skip character creation (chose default Nord) and start at the exit of the Helgen Cave.

I don't care about my character looks since I'm never looking at my own character anyway, and I always choose Nord. I wanted a save where you can skip the entire intro crap, and didn't have mods, for troubleshooting mod builds. This also allows you to not have to resort to Alternate Life mod. It's a cool mod but causes a lot of issues imo....
This is just a mod/save, so you can skip the entire intro: carriage, helgen, CHARACTER CREATION, Helgen Keep, Helgen cave.
It's just the default Nord character, and I chose stormcloaks. I picked up weapons, robes, armor, potions, etc on the way, killed every creature for max XP.
I saved at the end of helgen cave, after you exit and Ralof leaves you.
No mods used, nor SKSE. Saved in version 1.5.53.0 of the game.
EDIT: Installation per the readme in the file, unzip it and move the save file to C:\Users\YourWindowsUsername\Documents\My Games\Skyrim Special Edition\Saves
