Makes Miraak's outfit and mask an un-enchanted, heavy armor set.
Miraak's robes, gauntlets, and boots are all converted into heavy armor and have no enchantments placed on them. They can be obtained normally through the quest. In order to get the heavy, un-enchanted mask add THIS ID via console (player.additem xx039D2F).
